Platform access

TikDrop currently does not charge a recurring platform subscription. Product, shipping and fulfilment charges may apply when an order is submitted.

Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer buying a paid service from us at a distance, you have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Tell us by email or through our contact page; you do not need to give a reason. We will refund you within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method. If you asked us to begin the service during the cancellation period, we may charge a proportionate amount for what was supplied before you cancelled. This right does not normally apply to goods made or personalised to your specification, or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

Order cancellation (business orders)

Contact our team immediately if you need to cancel a submitted fulfilment order. Cancellation is only available before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Report a damaged, defective or incorrect item promptly through our contact page with the order number and supporting photos or video. Approved claims may result in a replacement, credit or refund of the affected product cost. Where we supply to a business, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended applies.

Refund timing and costs

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us accepting the claim or receiving the returned item, whichever is later. Where a return is due to a fault, our error or an incorrect item, we cover the return postage. For change-of-mind returns the customer normally pays return postage.

Sellers' own returns policies

Sellers must publish a customer-facing returns policy that complies with UK consumer law and their sales-channel rules, including the 14-day cancellation and 14-day return periods and the 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods.

How to request help or complain

Submit order, refund and complaint requests through our contact page. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days. Consumers can also get free advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133. The exact reporting window and return address will be confirmed for the specific supplier and destination.
