1. Who we are and how to contact us
TikDrop Limited provides a curated product catalogue, short-form creative resources, seller tools, store integrations and order-fulfilment services. We are registered in England and Wales with our registered office at 42 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0HW, United Kingdom. You can reach us at legal@tikdropglobal.com or through our contact page.
Owner action required: company number and VAT number (if registered) are still pending and must be added once available. The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Companies Act 2006 require a UK business to make these details easily accessible.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using TikDrop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to visitors, users and sellers.
3. Business and consumer users
TikDrop is intended for business users acting in the course of a trade or business. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including the right to cancel a distance contract for a paid service within 14 days.
4. Your account
Give accurate and current information, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Catalogue data and pricing
Product costs, suggested retail prices, inventory estimates and delivery times are guidance only and can change. You set your own final prices and are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with marketplace rules and UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and price-transparency requirements. Prices shown to UK buyers must be inclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Fulfilment
When you submit an order, we coordinate picking, packing and shipping through our fulfilment network. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary by destination, carrier, customs and other factors outside our control. Our Shipping & Fulfilment Policy forms part of these terms.
7. Payments, VAT and duties
TikDrop does not currently charge a recurring platform subscription. When you submit an order for fulfilment you authorise the product and shipping charges shown for that order. Any optional paid service will be clearly disclosed, with the total price, before you commit. VAT, import duties and other taxes may apply depending on the destination and the value of the goods.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, damaged-item and refund arrangements are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
9. Intellectual property
We own the platform, our branding and the ready-made video creatives supplied through the service. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use those creatives to market products you source from us. You may not resell, redistribute or claim ownership of TikDrop content outside your seller account.
10. Seller responsibilities and product safety
Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful advertising, final pricing, VAT and other taxes, customer service, refunds and chargebacks, and compliance with the marketplace rules and consumer and product-safety law in every market they serve. For UK sales this includes UKCA/CE marking where applicable, the General Product Safety Regulations, the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations and the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code) enforced by the ASA. Sellers must not make unsupported product, health, performance or earnings claims using TikDrop resources.
11. No affiliation with platforms
TikDrop is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Shopify or any other platform. Platform names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
12. Prohibited conduct
You may not use TikDrop for illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes. This includes infringing intellectual property, misrepresenting products, manipulating reviews, scraping data, interfering with the platform, or breaching the terms of any integrated marketplace.
13. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the account relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or risk to our operations or other users. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before it.
14. Service disclaimer
Except for the statutory rights described above, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, traffic, content reach, product performance or uninterrupted service.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including a consumer's statutory rights. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to business users for loss of profit, sales, business, goodwill, data or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Any limitation must be fair under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
17. Complaints
Please raise any complaint with us first at legal@tikdropglobal.com and we will acknowledge it and aim to resolve it promptly. Consumers can also seek advice from Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
